Facelift (rhytidectomy)

A facelift is a surgical procedure which tends to reduce the visible signs of aging such as creases in the face, slackness in the jaw line and the accumulation of fat around the neck. Patients who opt for such surgery are usually in their 40s to 60s. Facelifts can, however, also be successfully performed on patients in their 70s and 80s.

There a variety of surgical approaches and surgical techniques. These vary depending upon the individual surgeon. "Before" and "After" pictures as well as a consultation with Dr. Hagerty will give you an in-depth understanding of the procedures and techniques which he uses and the results you can expect to have.
